US made HBT Bush Jacket manufactured as 'War Aid' for British troops during WWII for tropical use.

 

This particular item has been customised from its orginal state. This piece was initially issued as a Bush Jacket with a four pocket design with a full button front, it has since been altered to a pop over/ smock type with a two button front and the bottom two pockets removed.
